About Mason
I joined Al Serra in 2020 as a sales porter. My time as a porter fueled my love for the automotive industry and the new technology in cars. In 2022 I accepted the A-Team position and demonstrated the vehicle's features and technology to customers! In 2023, I moved to a Sales Advisor role, and I look forward to working with customers, providing solutions and guidance during their car-buying journey. Outside of work, I enjoy car shows, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Mason was absolutely wonderful. He was a very friendly Saleman. He wasn't pushy at all or trying to talk us into buying a different vehicle or even to purchase that day. He took a great amount of time with us going over everything about the SUV. I even had questions about the vehicle after the sale and when I called him, he was so awesome and walked me thru again of how to handle the issue. Mason was extremely helpful, showing us multiple different vehicles and really understanding what we needed. He was very knowledgeable with all the different cars we looked at, even the used cars. Fantastic! I've dealt with salespeople, before, and must often than not, it ends up with them trying to push me into buying any car, and not one that works for me. That was the opposite experience with Mason. I came in for a recall notice on my k5. I was considering trading in for a newer car, and asked Mason for an estimate. He was very patient and kind and the main reason I came back the very next day to purchase my first brand new car. Mason was patient, never pushy. He answered every question I had and got me all the information I needed. While we waited for approvals and what not, we just joked and we chat. Overall, Mason was the main reason I came back the very next day to get my new car. It felt less like a business transaction, and was a more personable experience. That's the kind of worker that creates customer loyalty!
