About Kyle
Hello! I am excited to introduce myself as a new Sales Consultant here at the Al Serra Auto Plaza. In my role, I am focused entirely on delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients navigate the process of finding their perfect vehicle, parts, and accessories. My goal is to proudly represent the Al Serra brand while interacting with both new customers and colleagues every day. My path to the automotive world is unique. I was born in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and moved to Walled Lake, Michigan, when I was 12. Professionally, I have spent over a decade building a robust background in IT and Cybersecurity, a field in which I earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security. When I am not at the dealership, I live an active lifestyle in New Hudson with my 5-year-old son, Logan, hitting the gym, being social, and cheering loudly for our Michigan sports teams. I look forward to assisting you with your automotive needs!

I leased a new 2026 KIA Sportage SX Prestige. We showed up on a busy Saturday and sales advisor Kyle Dillard took the time to answer our questions and got us a Sportage to test drive. They did not have the specific Sportage I wanted in stock but Kyle quickly sourced one locally and handled the entire process seamlessly via phone, text, and email. Kyle was very good during the whole process! Never would have known he was a brand new employee until he mentioned it.
