Welcome to Al Serra Auto Plaza! This is a dealership that goes above and beyond for all of our customers. For over 17 years, I have been working in this industry, providing exceptional service to each of my customers. 10 of those years have been at Serra Toyota in Farmington Hills. While working with the team at Serra Toyota, we received the Toyota’s President’s Award. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being honest, easy-going, professional, and trustworthy. Taking the time to listen to what my customers have to say allows me to provide them with world-class service. I treat all my customers like family! I love spending time with my children (my two fur-babies). Golfing and playing hockey are some of my favorite hobbies. I also love to spend time with my family and friends. When I have the time, I enjoy cheering on the Redwings, Tigers, and Lions!

Went in for an air conditioner issue with my id.buzz. issue was properly diagnosed and parts were ordered. The part was backordered and still had the service completed within 2 weeks of part order. Service center provided courtesy rides home and back to pick up the vehicle. Service manager kept me well informed during the process with both text and phone updates. I would recommend the service center at the VW location!
