About Austin
I've been in the auto industry for about six years, including four years as a vehicle inspector for one of Michigan's largest auto auctions. I've been part of the Al Serra family for almost two years now, and I'm grateful and thrilled to be part of such a large group! My favorite part of being a Body Shop Advisor is the daily opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and help people fix their ride. At home, I enjoy writing music and caring for my 14-year-old cat, Feisty, whom I love very much (he is my son). Outside of work and home, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, and attending live concerts with my friends.
